Lempi Serfino offers quality services to help to make your everyday life easier. Our aim is to become our customer’s partner in every day life, and free up time and energy for things they enjoy doing. We offer a wide range of services, such as housekeeping, chef and small renovation service, as well as assistant service.
As an Metacore employee, you are entitled to use Lempi Serfino’s services with a monthly allowance of €500. To start using our services, please book a 15-minute phone call via email so we can go through the service details and finalize the contract.

Housekeeping and cleaning 55,50 €/h/ housekeeper (9 h/month)
The price for regular cleaning visit (min every second week), all-inclusive pricing, i.e. quality cleaning products and equipment.
Less frequently or one-time housekeeping visits 62,20 € / h housekeeper (8 h/ month)
Minimum cleaning time 3 h.
Chef Service 68 €/h (7 h 30 min / month)
Less frequently or one-time Chef Services 78 €/h (6 h 30 min / month)
Minimum invoicing/visit 3h, which includes the purchase of food ingredients or making shopping list. Ingredients are always invoiced directly to Metacore employee, and cannot be included in the monthly allowance.
Small renovation and house maintenance 80 €/h (6 h 30 min/month)
The price includes the basic tools needed for minor renovation. If needed, special planning and illustrations, tools and all materials used will be invoiced separately.
Minimum invoicing 2 h/ visit.
Childcare from 42 €/h (11 h 30 min/ month)
The price list is valid on weekdays from 8.00 to 18.00.
Minimum invoicing 3 h/ visit.
Subject teaching (distance) from 90 €/h (5 h 30 min/month)
Price to be agreed upon according to the leaner’s needs and on a teacher-by-teacher basis.
Personal Assistant Service from 67 €/h (7 h 30 min/month)
Organizing of moving, party, catering, pet care, gardening etc.
Minimum invoicing 1h.
